Had an issue with my LG washer and needed it sorted out fast. Did a quick search for ace hvac & appliance repair, and that's how I found SanGabrielAce Appliance Repair. Their ratings were solid, so I figured I'd give them a shot.
Scheduling was a breeze, and their technician arrived right on time, which was great. Really appreciated the friendly vibe; felt like having a chat with a neighbor. He was quick to figure out what was wrong with the washer, which was making all sorts of weird noises. Looked like it needed some part replaced – don’t remember which one, but he had it on hand. Didn’t take long at all, maybe 45 minutes, and the LG was purring again.
What impressed me most was the straightforward approach. No unnecessary upselling or confusing tech talk, just plain explanations and a fair price. It was ace service all around. Glad I found their site first when I searched for ace hvac & appliance repair. If my appliances act up again, I know who I'll call.
